Terms and Conditions

1. Your free bet must be used within 30 days of its availability, otherwise it will expire.
2. This Free Bet can be used on any sport on a single or multiples bet at its full value. This means that the amount can be used on one slip at its full value.
3. The nominal value of Free Bets is not included, nor can it be assumed as part of the winnings that may arise from their placement. For example, if you place a €10 Free Bet on a bet with odds of 3.00, in case the bet wins, €20 will be credited to your account, as shown in the following calculation: (Free Bet value) * (odds) - (value Free Bet) = (net profit).
4. To activate the Free Bet, you must first add the selections you want to bet on the bet slip. Once the selections have been placed, and the Free Bet eligibility criteria are met, another "Place €X Free Bet" button will appear under the "Place" button. You have the option to click on the "Place €X Free Bet" button and then click "Confirm €X Free Bet" to use the Free Bet amount.

Free Bet activation criteria: In order to be activated the free bet must meet the following criteria:

8. You may withdraw any funds from your account from opapbet.com.cy at any time, except in the event that we are required to withhold such funds in order to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations or when we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have participated in any fraudulent activities.
9. Entries that do not comply in full of these Promotional and General Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.

11. 13. If the bet slip placed with the Free Bet is settled as Void (for any reason), then the Free Bet amount becomes available to be used again.
14. There is no cash alternative to Prizes, Free bets, and Bonuses of any sort. they are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable under any circumstances.
15. Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to enhanced payments, Free Bets, Bet Credits or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, OPAP SPORTS may reclaim the enhanced payment, Free Bet, refund payment or Bet Credit element of such offers and/or void any bet funded by the Free Bet or Bet Credits. In addition, where there is evidence of such activity, OPAP SPORTS may levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the Bet Credits, Free Bet, refund, or enhanced payment towards the administrative costs incurred in identifying and taking action against the activity.
16. The promotion is limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card) and computer shared e.g. public library or workplace. OPAP SPORTS reserves the right to withdraw the availability of the offer to any customer or group of customers at any time.
17. OPAP SPORTS may reclaim any bonus amount, Free Bets, Bet Credits, refund amount or enhanced payments that have been awarded in error.
18. OPAP SPORTS may, at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion to correct typographical errors or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel this promotion for legal or regulatory reasons. Any modification to the terms and conditions of the offer will be subject to prior approval from the National Betting Authority.
19. Any modification to the terms and conditions of the offer shall be subject to the prior approval of the National Betting Authority.
20. In case of withdrawal of the promotion, the player will be bound by the same terms and conditions as they accepted participation in the promotion
21. In the event of a modification of the promotion, the player will be bound by the same terms and conditions as they accepted participation in the promotion unless the new terms are more favourable to them or the player accepts the amended terms;
22. If under the terms and conditions of the promotion a player is excluded from the program, he is immediately informed of his disqualification.
