LIVE STREAMING TERMS

1. Access to Live Streaming service

1.1. Live Streaming section, shall only be accessible to its website or Mobile app customers (hereinafter referred to as "Users"), who have an account in opapbet.com.cy, have money on his/her account and/or have placed a bet within the last 24 hours. OPAP SPORTS LTD reserves the right to vary access conditions in relation to all or some events, including to a minimum amount of funds to be present in User account.

1.2. At present, access to Live Streaming section, is free of charge. However, opapbet.com.cy reserves the right to introduce access, subscription or other fees in which case all Users will be duly informed in advance.

1.3. OPAP SPORTS LTD reserves the right to at its sole discretion to deny, limit or terminate access to Live Streaming. The User should also be aware that all content on Live Streaming is subject to change and OPAP SPORTS LTD may vary, suspend, replace, add or withdraw content at its absolute discretion without prior notice to Users.

1.4. User access to Live Streaming section, implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Technical Requirements

2.1. For improved quality of Live Streaming, OPAP SPORTS LTD recommends DSL or Cable Internet connection, with at least 512 kbps.

3. Time Delays

3.1. Although Live Streaming is advertised as “LIVE”, all content may be subject to variable time delays, depending on various factors such as internet connection speed. OPAP SPORTS LTD does not accept any responsibility for any User losses incurred as a result of reliance for Live Streaming.

4. Exclusion of Liability

4.1. OPAP SPORTS LTD cannot and does not guarantee, expressly or implicitly, that Live Streaming will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any given time function (whether advertised or not), that it will meet User technical requirements or operate well in connection with any particular software of hardware.

4.2. OPAP SPORTS LTD shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, business or goodwill incurred due to reliance on the capacity, availability or performance of Live Streaming.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. The right to access pamestoixima.gr Live Streaming is for personal, non-transferable, private and non-commercial use only. It is strictly prohibited to copy, save, modify or distribute the Live Streaming content, or to assist or support any third party doing so.

5.2. Users are strictly prohibited from broadcasting Live Streaming content to a public audience, whether this is done free of charge or against payment, and from assisting or supporting any third party doing so.

5.3. All content in Live Streaming is protected by intellectual property rights owned by third parties.

5.4. Any User breaching these provisions may incur legal consequences initiated either by OPAP SPORTS LTD or by any relevant third party.

6. General Provisions

6.1. OPAP SPORTS LTD reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Although any significant change will be brought to the attention of all Users, it is the User’s responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions to ensure continued agreement therewith. Use of Live Streaming will be deemed to be an acceptance of any changes made to the Terms and Conditions.
